Michalis Anagnostakos joined WIND Hellas in December 2016 as Marketing Manager for prepaid and residential customers' contract. Since December 1, 2018 he holds the role of Chief Marketing Officer across segments. In March 2022, he was appointed Chief Marketing Officer in the joint management team of Nova and Wind.

He has significant many years of experience, with more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry of our country, having successfully assumed positions of increased responsibility in the field of commercial sector.

A high skilled person with a well-rounded commercial profile driving strategic marketing/commercial initiatives for business growth and brand enhancement. Ηis achievements include a highly successful transformation program at Wind hellas which included brand repositioning, acquisitions, mergers, sales growth and NPS customer satisfaction index at all-time highs. In addition to the abovementioned , Michalis held commercial, strategic and operational roles at Vodafone Greece, Hellas online and Olympic Air. 

Michalis Anagnostakos holds a BSc in Management from the University of Kent in the UK and an MBA from Cardiff University. Born in 1976 in Athens, Greece, he is married and has a daughter.
